Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Engineer to join our team and lead the development of an advanced AI-powered personalized outreach and leads extractor system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, natural language processing, and machine learning, with a passion for creating cutting-edge solutions that revolutionize customer engagement and lead generation.

Responsibilities:
• Design and develop an AI-driven system that extracts leads and relevant data from Facebook and Google, ensuring efficient and accurate data retrieval.

• Utilize natural language processing (NLP) techniques to understand and respond to questions posed by users effectively, delivering personalized and contextually relevant answers.

• Develop AI algorithms to send personalized outreaches via email and SMS, tailoring messages based on user preferences and historical interactions.

• Implement machine learning models to optimize the outreach process continuously improving response rates and user engagement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the AI system into existing platforms and marketing automation tools. 

• Monitor and analyze the performance of the AI system, identifying areas for enhancement and fine-tuning to ensure optimal results.

• Work closely with data scientists and engineers to process and clean data, ensuring high data quality for AI model training.5

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and machine learning, incorporating emerging technologies into the system's development.

• Train and deploy AI models, considering scalability and performance for real-time applications.

• Implement security measures to protect user data and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.

• Proven experience as an AI Engineer, developing AI-based solutions and working on NLP projects.

• Strong programming skills in Python, along with experience with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

• Proficiency in data processing, feature engineering, and data visualization.

• In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms, particularly in the context of natural language processing.

• Experience with web scraping and API integration to extract data from various platforms (Facebook, Google, etc.).

• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.

• Solid understanding of cloud platforms and deployment frameworks for scalable AI solutions.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
