Opportunity Statement
We are looking for a talented and versatile People Operations Generalist to execute and manage all aspects of human resources at Simplicant. We are scaling our teams in our AMER/APAC regions and are looking for an HR professional with experience in an international company. This will be a key member of the People & Culture Team focusing on our global People Operations, Employee Experience, Immigration, Benefits, Systems, and Policy functions.


The ideal candidate must have experience in designing and implementing global HR operation strategies to provide best-in-class support to the organization and its employees. We are super excited for the positive impact this role will have on the overall growth of the business and the development of our Simplicant employees.


Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and manage a quality People Operations infrastructure: Onboarding, Off-boarding, Systems, Process and Programs; including but not limited to Benefits, Compensation, Immigration, Compliance, and HRIS Administration.
● Direct efforts to continually standardize processes across the global organization and identify trends and areas of inefficiency for process improvements with key stakeholder input.
● Oversee all day-to-day employee life-cycle activities including the design of all programs to retain talent.
● Understand the global landscape of employees that Simplicant has, working closely with our regional HRBPs, to have cohesive benefits and perks that support local laws, regulations, and culture preferences.
● Forge strong connections and open lines of communication with employees at all levels; maintain trust and communication across the organization.
● Responsible for full immigration case cycle – facilitating immigration processes, including collaborating with outside counsel to prepare and file cases.

Skills You Need to Succeed:
● Strong working experience of all People Operations functional areas including Onboarding, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Systems, Compensation, and Benefits.
● Flexibility and creative problem-solving ability are required.
● Experience setting and implementing company policies.
● Strong project management skills with ability to track concurrent project timelines, resource allocations, and critical milestones.
● Global mindset – ability to adapt to various people and cultures with a cohesive view in mind.
● Attention to detail and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities.
● An experienced HR immigration professional who enjoys working with individuals and managers on all aspects of immigration and visa sponsorship


Preferred Education:
● Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
● 6+ years of HR experience, ideally with hyper growth technology companies
