About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative (B2B) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and driving revenue growth through outbound and inbound sales activities—all while maintaining strong client relationships in the B2B space.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads

Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up with potential clients to understand their business needs

Qualify leads and schedule product demos or meetings for the sales team

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools

Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs

Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to clearly communicate value to prospects

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies and improve conversion rates

Maintain accurate records of all activities and client interactions in the CRM
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)

1–3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or B2B sales

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or a fast-paced B2B environment is a plus
