About the Role

The Vice President, Sales will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our Managed Services Provider (MSP) and Vendor Management System (VMS) offerings in the US Southeast region.

This role requires an exceptional strategist, relationship builder, and influencer who will lead high-level engagements with Fortune 1000 clients. The Vice President will be responsible for developing long-term strategic relationships, positioning our innovative contingent workforce solutions, and driving multi-million-dollar contracts to enhance the operational efficiency and flexibility of clients.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and develop the overall sales strategy and execution for large organizations with significant contingent labor needs.
  • Cultivate deep, strategic relationships with senior executives (C-level, SVP, EVP, etc.), key decision-makers, and stakeholders within Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding each client’s unique business challenges and designing tailored solutions that address their contingent workforce management and optimization needs.
  • Spearhead the entire business development cycle—from initial engagement and needs assessment through to closing complex sales and contract negotiations.
  • Leverage subject matter experts and cross-functional resources to deliver compelling RFx responses, final presentations, and business case proposals that position our offerings as the preferred solution.
  • Own and drive revenue growth, client acquisition, and retention by effectively communicating the value of our services, solutions, and technology.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Legal, Delivery) to ensure a seamless client experience and successful implementation of solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums to enhance visibility and credibility.
  • Continuously assess the competitive landscape, market trends, and client needs to refine sales strategies and offerings.

What You Will Need

  • A proven track record of 10 years of full cycle sales experience within the contingent workforce, MSP, or VMS sectors
  • Deep expertise in managing complex, high-stakes sales cycles, with the ability to engage with and influence C-level executives and senior leaders.
  • Strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities, particularly around managing large, global, and diverse contingent workforces.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to become a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their strategic business needs and delivering impactful solutions.
  • Expertise in navigating the RFx process, developing winning proposals, and presenting to large client groups with confidence and authority.
  • A consultative approach to sales that blends strategic thinking with tactical execution, balancing long-term relationship building with short-term results.
  • A passion for innovation and a forward-thinking approach to contingent workforce management, with the ability to articulate the value of our cutting-edge technologies and services.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive organizational success.
  • Ability to work autonomously, make data-driven decisions, and lead in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Base salary is between $170,000 - $190,000 annually based on experience & location.
